In this video, we’ll walk you through the steps to prevent damage to your Oasis Patio Shade. First inspect the shade’s path for any obstructions, such as furniture or décor. Even small items can interfere with proper operation. Be sure to clear the area completely. Next, check the shade enclosure for debris or blockages, including bird nests. To do this, remove the front cover of the head box or extruded pocket by unscrewing the fasteners located on the bottom or sides. Once any obstructions are cleared, reattach the cover. “Lastly, clean your side tracks. You can use compressed air or a concentrated hose nozzle to remove dust, dirt, and buildup for smooth operation. And that’s it.
