Insolroll Window Shading Systems manufactures custom interior solar screen shades, audio-visual blackout shades, decorative roller shades, exterior patio shades, and retractable insect screens. Insolroll is the manufacturing division of Innovative Openings, Inc. We started our business in 1980 with a focus on motorization and high performance shading systems, and that focus remains today.
State-of-the-art shade manufacturing facility
The Insolroll facility incorporates state-of-the-art roller shade manufacturing equipment, staff with decades of industry experience and a focus on quality products and exceptional customer service. Every shade is checked and tested before shipping to insure product quality.
Visitors to Insolroll are immediately impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the 42,000 square foot facility. “We have invested in the latest technology for cutting, welding and handling technical fabrics” says co-owner Rick Pease.
In 2017 we added a new building dedicated to our Oasis® product.
This new building becomes the third at Insolroll headquarters, and adds over 15,000 square feet of manufacturing space, as well as corporate offices and expanded research and development facilities. Insolroll’s multi-million dollar expansion investment is part of a plan to double production capacity, and bring innovative product solutions to market faster. Dedicating the new facility to exterior shade manufacturing allows Insolroll to increase production efficiency and capacity for our interior Insolroll® Solar Shade and Insolroll Elements® product lines. “The demand for innovative solar shading and outdoor living solutions is growing dramatically. Insolroll has been a pioneer in solar shading for residential and commercial applications, and is looking to remain on the cutting edge with this expansion,” says company founder, Rick Pease.
