Oasis® 2600 Sun Shade Hardware System

Oasis 2600 shades include a number of upgrades over our interior shades hold to the elements.

Manual Bead Chain Clutch Operation:

The Sun Shade system utilizes exterior grade clutches with 16 lb, 24 lb, & 30 lb lifting capacities.  Each clutch is matched with an 1 1/2″, 2″ and 2 1/2″ tubes to minimize tube deflection and allow us to make a single bead chain (clutch) operated shade up to 12′ wide & 8′ high.  The shade size will determine the clutch and tube required for each shade.  Shades are available with black or vanilla chutches and 3 chain colors (white, black, or brown).  Oasis 2600 Sun Shades are compliant with the latest child safety guidelines.   Click here for child safety information

Bracket & Idler:

Sun Shades come with standard heavy-duty painted shade brackets (black or white).  The idler has been upgraded to include a stainless steel pin with a hook that locks into the brackets.

Fascia System:

Our 3″ & 4″ fascia systems are also available to conceal the shade roll and provide increased protection from dirt when rolled up.  The 3″ & 4″ fascia systems are available with an aluminum extrusion covering the front & bottom of the shade. The 4″ fascia system has an optional top/back cover, ideal for 4 sided enclosures and reverse roll fascia applications.

Bungee Cord Hold-Down System:

The hem bar is predrilled to attach D-rings to the bottom corners of the shade.  Additional D-rings are attached to posts, decks, or railings.  Bungee cords attach the D-rings and provide sway protection in a breeze.  Please be aware that Bungee cord hold-downs are not designed for high winds and shades should be rolled up in these conditions.
