110 volt AC Motors – 4 wires (STD-AC & IQM-AC)
These 110 Volt AC motors have 4 wires (neutral, 2 directional, and ground). 14/3 or 12/3 wiring is required to connect to switches, relays, and controls. Shade motors are available standard noise and quiet. Drapery track available with quiet motor.
110 volt AC Motors with built-in radio receiver – 3 wires
(STD-ACR & IQM-ACR)
Insolroll offers 110 V AC motors with a built-in radio remote control receiver. These 110 Volt AC motors have 3 wires (hot, neutral, and ground). Radio motors simplifies wiring by eliminating switch legs. Shade motors are available standard noise and quiet.
110 volt AC Motors with built-in motor controller- 3 wires + shielded cat 5
(STD-ILT & IQM-ILT)
Intelligent motors with motor controllers built into the head of the motor. These 110 Volt AC motors have 3 wires (hot, neutral, and ground) + shielded cat 5 communications bus line between motors. Must use Crestron controls. Shade motors are available standard noise and quiet.
24 volt DC Motors – 2 wires
(STD-DC & DR-IQM-DC)
24 volt DC motor for small window applications. These 24 volt DC motors have 2 wires (positive and negative). Shade motors are only available in standard noise type. Drapery track available with quiet motor.
24 volt DC Radio Motors – 2 wires
(IQM-DCR & DR-IQM-DCR)
24 volt DC motor with built-in Radio receiver for small window applications. These 24 volt DC motors have 2 wires (positive and negative). Shade motor and drapery track are available with quiet motor.
12 volt Radio Battery Motor
12 volt radio battery motors are perfect for small windows where no power source is available. Motor is attached to battery wand holding 8 AA Lithium Batteries. Insolroll no longer offers the IR version of this motor.
